Tonic Retreats is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Here’s how and why we store and use your peronsal data.

The short(er) version:

If you’ve booked on a retreat then we need your personal data to send you important information about the trip and process payments. We store your information on secure cloud based servers (Dropbox) and use Square Up to process payments.

If you have signed up to a newsletter will email you occasionally to tell you about retreats or other exciting yoga and wellbeing events. We use Mailchimp to send out our email campaigns and store our contacts. It’s really easy to unsubscribe.

If you are browsing on our website please note it is built in web platform Squarespace who use cookies and similar technologies. Their Cookie Policy describes what they do in that regard.

All of our suppliers are all Data Compliant with EU GDPR May 2018 . Click on the hyperlinks to see their privacy policies. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

If we decide in the future to sell the business your customer data will be one of the transferred assets.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Information you provide to us is either stored on secure cloud servers (Dropbox) or captured by our third party suppliers and service providers which are Mailchimp (online marketing platform and email campaigns) and Square Up (payment processing).

CHILDREN
