7 day Yoga & HIIT retreat in Bordeaux, France
We’ve teamed up with a host of incredible partners to bring you a retreat designed to power-up your life with more energy and vibrancy!
Leading the way with Tonic yoga teacher Pip Taverner will be Vanessa Van Dyk, a specialist PT, who together have devised a programme to get your body pumping. Daily HIIT sessions will be combined with powerful Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, incorporating morning pranayama and evening yoga Nidra, to both challenge and recharge your body. In addition to yoga and conditioning HIIT training we’ll be offering runs, kayaking, cycling, massage therapy, mindfulness & meditation, as well as next level inversion and arm balancing workshops.
Guest chef, and fellow yogi, Soph Gordon will be teaming up in the kitchen with Tonic’s resident food expert Naz to provide a plant-based menu cooked from scratch from local seasonal ingredients. We hope to open your eyes to the benefits of eating more plant based foods and we’ll be running talks on how you can do this as well as how to cultivate healthy habits.
Our home for the week with be the luxurious Maison De la Vaure in Bordeaux France - a newly renovated 16th Century Cognac estate with a dedicated yoga space, heated outdoor pool and stunning scenery. As we’re in Bordeaux, we’ll plan a wine tasting trip for those who would love to experience what this world class wine region has to offer but otherwise the retreat is alcohol free to ensure you can maximise the physical benefits of the week.
The aim is that you are challenged physically and mentally to take your fitness, yoga and wellbeing to the next level but equally are nurtured with delicious wholesome food, fun activities and plenty of down time. After a week with us, we want you feeling more energised than you ever have been, equipped with tools and inspiration towards optimum wellbeing!

Bordeaux is the closest airport to with daily flights from London (approx 1.5hours)
Eurostar from Kings cross London to Paris and Paris to Bordeaux (approx 5.5 hours)
Getting to Maison De La Vaure
Please note that airport transfers are included for flights booked during the times as follows.
Outbound: Arrival to Bordeaux between 1600 – 1700
Inbound: Departing Bordeaux between 1100 – 1400
You may book a private transfer or hire a car so that you may explore the area during your week.
Please note that check in on arrival day is from 17.00 and check out is at 10am on departure day
